Form 1095-B is a document you used to get from Medicaid or your health insurance company to show you had health coverage. Starting January 2020, Louisiana stopped mailing this form because the IRS doesn't require it anymore. They do not penalize people for not having health insurance. If you still need a copy of Form 1095-B or have questions contact us.
