Personalized Support for Adult Learners | UMass Global
Dedicated Support Services
From your initial application to graduation and beyond, UMass Global is focused on your success.
We’re Here for You — Wherever You Are in Life
This isn’t education for education’s sake — our adult learners are looking to change their lives through higher learning. Our support staff is dedicated to helping you do so. We are with you through every stage in the journey.
Guidance for Future Students
Our support begins when prospective students are considering enrolling at UMass Global. Every potential student is paired with an
enrollment coach
who provides guidance and personalized support throughout the admissions process. Your enrollment coach details programs that match your interests and goals, explains timelines, what you can expect financially, and more. They even check back in before your first session begins to ensure you get off to a great start.
Enrollment coaches are available weekdays during working hours at
(800) 746-0082
. If it's after hours, you can fill out an inquiry form, and we will call you back the next workday. In the meantime, you can check our
admissions FAQs
for answers to your questions.

One Stop for Financial Advice
Financing your return to school can seem daunting. Financial fears and misconceptions can keep some potential students from making the move. That’s why we have a single source to help our students put together a plan to pay for their education.
We call them our “
one-stop specialists,
” and they help admitted students with questions about tuition, financial aid, scholarships and grants, fees, the FAFSA application, even ordering textbooks. For money matters, they’re your one stop!
Keeping Current Students on Track
Once you’re an admitted student, we pair you with an
academic advisor
. This is a lasting relationship, as your advisor will be with you throughout your degree program.
At the outset, the two of you will work together to develop a personalized education plan based on your career goals and how much time you will have in your schedule for school. From there, your advisor will be your guide, helping you stay on track for graduation.
Testimonials
I actually had a counselor that would call me, just to see how I was doing in school. Was there any additional assistance that I needed? To me that was showing me that they have value in what I'm doing.
Rojelio M.
Organizational Leadership, BA
My academic advisor was a great support system. He was my advisor throughout my program and he took the time to learn about me personally so we could make the best schedule to accommodate my life.
Steve L.
Education, Teaching and Learning, MAE
I want to give the staff a huge thanks for constantly motivating and encouraging me through a tough time of getting ready to deploy. If it wasn't for them caring for me and checking on me and helping; I wouldn't have completed my bachelors.
