We Made This: End of Year Show 2025
The School of Arts and Architecture End of Year Show is a celebration of the individual in the act of making – of hands, minds and voices at work.
Each piece of work is a response to the world – a form of attention, a trace of care, a spark of resistance.
We shape futures. We build meaning. We make space. We Made This.

I absolutely loved the cross-disciplinary nature of the course. I enjoyed drawing inspiration for my work from all of the arts and I felt more passionate about my work as a result. I found architecture to be really liberating and it helped me to see the world in a completely different way to how I had looked at it previously.

I took a module on theatre and adaptation and gained some really useful skills which have proved very helpful when I’ve had to adapt material for different mediums.

It’s great to be able to use what I learnt at Kent in my day-to-day work, not only the practical filmmaking skills (and my understanding of the industry lingo!), but also the critical thinking skills I developed which help me to solve work challenges

From seeing the array of different ideas in crits, to working with architects and your tutors, even to meeting strangers on international trips – that’s exactly what it’s like when you start working and networking. There is a LOT of collaboration, and I think Kent set me up well for that. Those group projects are not for no reason!
