NIEHS Science Days
The first NIEHS Science Days research festival occurred in 2002, with the goal of highlighting the outstanding research that takes place at the institute. Every November NIEHS scientists from its three divisions — the Intramural Research Division, Translational Toxicology Division, and Extramural Research and Training Division — come together to exchange ideas and form collaborations. Fellows play a major role in the event by volunteering to serve on the NIEHS Science Days Steering Committee, and sharing their research via poster or oral presentations.
Hans Luecke, Ph.D.
, Assistant Scientific Director, chairs the Science Days organizing committee.
