What happens if I do not follow the accommodation policies?
Our policies have been put in place to ensure our residences are a safe environment for all. Failure to follow the policies may lead to disciplinary action being taken against you, with outcomes ranging from safety training to a monetary fine or eviction.
Do the managed partnership residences have their own policies?
The policies we have apply to all of our University-owned accommodation. As a result, regardless of which accommodation you are assigned, we recommend that you read and follow them. Managed partnership accommodation may have their own policies so it is important that you also read through them when signing your contract.
