Each year, the Office of Admissions hosts in-person and virtual
Student Orientation, Advising, and Registration (SOAR)
events to introduce you to our programs and support services.

What to expect
You will receive assistance with completing your SOAR checklist: housing application, course scheduling, financial aid requirements, setting up a payment plan, and more.
Members of the Financial Aid Department will share the most recent updates on the status of financial aid eligibility.
You will receive your class schedule, Marauder Card, and a free T-shirt.
Take part in a campus tour, learn about campus resources available to students, meet incoming freshmen, and more.
Payment confirmation
To be eligible to attend SOAR, the Office of Admissions must have a record of your confirmation payment. Log in to your
Slate Portal
. Scroll down to Payment Due and click on “Submit Payment”.
