Emergency Medicine Residency Program
Capital Health's Emergency Medicine Residency is a 36-month program in which residents rotate through two different and complementary Emergency Departments at Capital Health Medical Center – Hopewell in Pennington, New Jersey and Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton, New Jersey.

Family Medicine Residency Program
Capital Health's Family Medicine Residency is a three-year, ACGME-accredited program with six residents per year. We work to educate patient-centered, community-focused, and health system oriented family physicians as the future leaders of health care and well-being in our surrounding urban and suburban communities.

Internal Medicine Residency Program
The Internal Medicine Residency Program at Capital Health is an ACGME-accredited, three-year categorical program which dates back to 1974. Our community hospital program is structured to provide well-rounded training in a culturally diverse environment, preparing our trainees to pursue sub-specialty training or careers in general internal medicine.

Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program
Capital Health's newly-launched Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Residency is a four-year, ACGME-accredited program that provides extensive experience in all aspects of women’s health care, including obstetrics, gynecology, maternal-fetal medicine, urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery, gynecologic oncology, reproductive endocrinology and infertility.

Transitional Year Residency Program
The Capital Health Transitional Year Residency Program is a 12-month, broad-based curriculum designed to facilitate the choice of and preparation for a specific specialty. Our program is ACGME-accredited and approved for thirteen residents. The program works closely with Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine throughout the year.

PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program
Capital Health's Pharmacy Residency is ASHP-accredited and offers a PGY1 program with diverse training options and opportunities as well as a PGY2 program designed to produce a specialized critical care practitioner with an advanced level of proficiency and expertise in working with interdisciplinary teams to deliver pharmaceutical care to diverse populations.

Capital Health Adds Pulsed Field Ablation System, Improving Access to Care for AFib Patients in Mercer and Bucks Counties
Specialists from Capital Health’s Cardiac Electrophysiology Program, part of its Heart and Vascular Institute, unveiled a new, minimally invasive pulsed field ablation system at the Al Maghazehe Heart and Vascular Center located at Capital Health Regional Medical Center (RMC). The addition of the new system doubles the hospital’s capacity to treat atrial fibrillation (AFib) patients who are candidates for ablation.
