Welcome to Capital Health Virtual Care
To conveniently provide you with comprehensive, high quality care, Capital Health Virtual Care serves as a resource for individuals (ages 16 and older) who wish to receive support in managing health issues while at home or on the go. At Capital Health Virtual Care, we offer video visits with select qualified and experienced providers from Capital Health Medical Group who patients typically see at Capital Health's Primary Care Network locations across the greater Mercer, Bucks, and Burlington county region. Video visits save you a trip to the office and allow you to meet with a primary care provider through a secure video connection on your mobile device.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 9-1-1.
A note about appointments:
Scheduling a telehealth appointment does not guarantee that your provider will order a medication or a refill of your prescription during your telehealth visit. All medications are prescribed and prescriptions refilled based on the provider's clinical judgement. Appearing for a telehealth visit does not mean that you will not have to be seen in-person. Our providers may determine during your telehealth visit that you must be seen in-person.
A note about security:
Your privacy is important to Capital Health. Telehealth visits are subject to the same level of confidentiality as in-person visits. To ensure privacy, Capital Health has a dedicated, secure portal for you to use for during your telehealth visit. Enhanced security measures include encryption, meeting IDs, and visit "verification" to ensure your telehealth visit is private and secure. Providers are assigned unique passwords and waiting rooms. This ensures that only your provider and you will be admitted to your visit. Capital Health's Information Security team regularly monitors its port for any security concerns that might arise.
For technical difficulties, please call 1.833.TELEDOX (

) to speak with a member of our team.
