Curriculum Centered on a Biblical Worldview
Here at Fort Bend Christian Academy, we believe God has something to say about our study because He is the source of it - whether it be science, math, history, fine arts or physical education!
We encourage our students to ask what God’s purpose is in each of these disciplines, and then to consider how He will use each of them in these career fields for His glory. We teach our students to be able to articulate and defend the Christian faith - not just what Christians believe, but why we believe, and how it affects our day to day lives.
In Math, we affirm that God is methodical, purposeful, and constant, that He orders and structures.

In Science, we affirm that God is Creator, and that creation, though fallen, points us back to Him. We affirm that careful observation and study of creation is a means of worship and praise.

In ELA, we affirm God’s gift and use of language, words, and story to reveal Himself, and we want to mirror Him in our written and spoken words and stories.

In Athletics, we affirm the stewardship of our physical bodies in the belief that Christ dwells in us, therefore what we do with our physical bodies matters to God.

In History, we affirm that God has orchestrated and been purposeful with all of history. We believe that all earthly governments will fall, and Christ’s Kingdom alone will stand.

In Biblical Studies, we affirm a deeper-than-surface-level, critical-thinking lens to the study of God and Scripture. We affirm a call to boldly defend the Christian faith.

In World Languages, we affirm that Christ’s call (and therefore ours) extends to all peoples, nations, and ethnicities, therefore capable communication is worth our study.

And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.”
— Deuteronomy 6:6-7
