The Office of the Registrar supports the instructional mission of the College by providing quality support services to the College community; maintaining and preserving the accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and security of all Anna Maria College student academic records; providing services to create and support course registration, classroom assignment, transfer credits evaluation, degree audit for graduation applications, and enrollment verification; and issuing transcripts and diplomas.

Enrollment Verification Letter
To confirm your enrollment for a semester, please
click here
to have an enrollment certification letter sent to you.
Students must officially register for a course to receive a grade or credit for that specific course. Attending class does not constitute an official registration. Students cannot register for classes that have met two or more times. The College reserves the right to modify semester course offerings and cancel under-enrolled courses or programs.
Cross Registration at Consortium Schools
Cross registration allows a student to take one day class at one of the member colleges of the Higher Education Consortium of Central Massachusetts (HECCMA) during the fall and spring semesters.
To be eligible to cross register through the Consortium, a student must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student with a minimum of 12 credits. The student will pay Anna Maria College’s full tuition rate. If all conditions are met, please fill out the form
here
and bring it to the registrar’s office. Courses taken through the Consortium exchange are treated as Anna Maria College courses, which impact the GPA.  Continuing Education classes excluded.
Confidentiality of Records
Anna Maria College complies with the requirements set out in The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 as amended (PL 93-380, Section 438, the General Education Provisions Act). Copies of the policy are available from the Office of Academic Programs, the Office of the Registrar, and online on the College’s web site.
Students may authorize members of the Student Affairs Office or Student Success Center/Tutoring to have a conversation with a third party regarding the student’s academic record. Students wanting to grant access to a third party may do so by logging into their Online Resource account under Student Records.

It is the responsibility of every student who is approaching graduation to notify the Registrar’s Office of the completion of all academic requirements. To do so, the student must complete the Intent to Graduate Form.
Ordering a Transcript Online
Anna Maria College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.
*Important Note Concerning Available Credit for Enrolling Fire Science Students
Transfer credit for new enrolling on-line fire science students will not be posted and available on an Anna Maria College transcript until the student has completed three courses within the fire science curriculum at Anna Maria College.*

The WebAMC portal includes important information about your student bill, your academic schedule, your grades, your academic advisor. New Students are provided with a Student ID # and Anna Maria Email address in the
Admissions Portal.
