The “World's Largest University Rankings 2026” report, which evaluates how universities connect with students, educators, and institutions, has been published. Konya Chamber of Commerce (KTO) Karatay University achieved another significant success by being listed among the best universities in Europe in the report released by World's Largest University Rankings.
Remarkable Success from KTO Karatay University in SCImago 2026
The “SCImago University Rankings 2026” report, which evaluates universities worldwide in terms of research performance, innovation, and social impact, has been published. Konya Chamber of Commerce (KTO) Karatay University achieved significant success in the report released by the SCImago Institutions Rankings (SIR) evaluation platform.
Dr. Boz: “Interruptions in Energy Supply Could Slow Down the Global Economy”
The U.S.–Israel–Iran war has entered its 25th day. As uncertainty continues and the possible closure of the Strait of Hormuz looms, what impacts could this have on oil and the economy? How would disruptions in oil supply affect energy prices in the short and long term? Dr. Mustafa Fatih Boz, a faculty member in the Department of Energy Management at the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences at Konya Chamber of Commerce (KTO) Karatay University, made special statements to kozluhaber.com regarding the current agenda.
Dr. Arıkan Warned: “Loss of Control Begins in the Inner World of the Individual”
Dr. Muhammed Arıkan, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences and a faculty member in the Department of Psychology at Konya Chamber of Commerce (KTO) Karatay University, explained to Gazete Konyam the narcissism and moral conflict underlying addiction. He emphasized the process by which individuals become enslaved to their selfish desires and stated that salvation is only possible through good moral character.
The Educational Quality of the Insurance and Social Security and Islamic Economics and Finance Departments Has Been Certified with STAR Accreditation
The Insurance and Social Security, and Islamic Economics and Finance Departments within the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences at Konya Chamber of Commerce (KTO) Karatay University have successfully completed the accreditation process with their education systems aligned with quality standards and their professional competencies. As a result of the evaluations conducted by the Association for Accreditation and Rating of Social and Human Sciences Basic Sciences (STAR), both departments have been granted accreditation.
KTO Karatay Graduate Talha Akçay Won the Rose Gold Award in New York
The typography-focused work titled “Loving the Created” by Talha Akçay, a graduate of the Department of Graphic Design at the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design of Konya Chamber of Commerce (KTO) Karatay University, inspired by the Anatolian Sufi tradition, was exhibited in Times Square in New York, one of the world’s most important public spaces.
