Bridges Program
The
Bridges Program
provides high school seniors with an inside look at Miami through a variety of campus experiences where they engage with current students, faculty, and staff. We invite first-generation college students and students with demonstrated financial need to apply.
Students who complete the program and enroll at Miami as first-year college students earn a Bridges scholarship, which last year ranged from $2,500 to $5,000 annually.

Summer Scholars Program
This immersive, on-campus
Summer Scholars
experience allows high-achieving high school students to learn in a college setting, engaging in hands-on academic activities that prepare them for college and future success. Tailored for rising juniors and seniors, this summer program is built for active learners with a keen interest in attending Miami University as undergraduates. They dive deeply into academic dialogues and build friendships with fellow students while living in student residence halls and participating in campus-life activities.
Participants gain valuable insight into the college admissions process, and when they apply to be first-year college students at Miami, they receive priority consideration for admission, scholarships, and selective programs.
