The
World Ombudsmus
is an organ of the World Government. As public defender, it is responsible for the functions defined under
Section 1 of Article 11
of the
Constitution for the Federation of Earth
By adopting the enabling legislation,
World Legislative Act #31
, the
Ninth Provisional World Parliament
has activated the World Ombudsmus to ensure that the emerging World Government enhances and protects the human dignity and rights of every citizen on Earth.

Composition of the World Ombudsmus
During the Provisional Stage:
In the provisional stage, the
Provisional World Parliament
elects a
Provisional World Executive
to proceed with the organization of the
organs
and
agencies
of the World Government on a provisional basis until the
First Operative Stage
of World Government is reached.
