Methodist’s Sports Medicine Program was designed to keep athletes at the peak of their performance. No matter your fitness level, our physical therapists are dedicated to helping improve your quality of life by offering:

Saturday Sports Injury Walk-in Clinics
We offer walk-in clinics for sports injuries each Saturday during the fall. Athletes from any high school in the region can be seen by experts in sports medicine.
Athletic Trainers in Area Schools
Our certified athletic trainers work with students to prevent, diagnose and treat sports injuries at community and high school sporting events in the Council Bluffs and Fremont areas.
Free Sports Screens
Our team of sports medicine experts offers free screenings to student athletes in an effort to ensure that they’re healthy enough to participate in the activities of their choice.
