Connecting to the MSMU wireless network
Current students, faculty, alumni, and staff can securely access the MSMU wireless internet by connecting and authenticating to the SSID “
MSMU Wireless.
” If assistance is required, please contact the IT helpdesk located at the Chalon and Doheny campuses.
To access the MSMULA Guest Wireless network, guests must be sponsored by a member of the Mount community after connecting to the SSID “MSMULA Guest.” In order to gain sponsorship, the guest will fill out a guest registration form specifying who the Mount community member is and the designated Mount community member will receive a guest wireless sponsorship request to approve. Once approved, the guest will be connected with internet access and receive a confirmation email with login information to the network for the next 24 hours. If the guest wishes to connect with another device, they may use the same login credentials. If assistance is required, please contact the IT helpdesk located at the Chalon and Doheny campuses.
Visitors Connecting to Eduroam on MSMU Campuses
Visitors from participating Eduroam institutions can securely access and connect to MSMU’s wireless internet by connecting to the SSID “Eduroam” located on Chalon and Doheny campuses using their home institution’s credentials. Visitors to Mount Saint Mary's University requiring assistance with Eduroam at the Chalon and Doheny campuses should contact their home institution's IT helpdesk.
