The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Commonwealth) is committed to making its digital content and services accessible to people with disabilities. The Commonwealth has the following policies, executive orders, and management directives to address the needs of people with disabilities:

Policy
Digital Accessibility Policy
adopts globally recognized standards like the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and Revised Section 508 Standards to make the Commonwealth’s digital content and services accessible.

When using the Commonwealth website and mobile applications, the current versions of the following browser and screen reader combinations are recommended for the best experience.
Edge or Chrome with JAWS on Windows devices
Safari with VoiceOver for IOS and macOS devices
Chrome with TalkBack for Android devices

Research including people with disabilities to understand user needs.
Use the
Keystone Design System
with its focus on
accessibility and inclusion
Test against industry standards and with assistive technologies.
Include feedback from people with disabilities to prioritize our work.
