Summa Health's primary care team is focused on coordinated care for our patients and long-term positive health outcomes. We offer comprehensive care for the whole family, from infants to seniors, and address all of your healthcare needs based on the most recent research on medicine and clinical recommendations. Our team includes board-certified family medicine and internal medicine physicians and advanced practice providers.
The goal of your primary care provider is to keep you well. They can assist you with:

Don’t wait until you’re sick to see your primary care team.
