What is Healthcare Facilities Leadership?
If you are working in healthcare facilities management or you'd like to be part of
this exciting and rewarding field, OCTC's Healthcare Facilities Leadership program
(HLF) could be for you. The program is convenient and affordable with all classes
available online.
This program can help you take the next step in your career by preparing you to take
the American Hospital Association's Certified Healthcare Facilities Management exam.
Graduates may transfer and work toward bachelor degrees. This innovative program was
developed in collaboration with the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE)
and the Kentucky Society of Healthcare Engineers (KSHE).

What Else Do I Need to Know?
Additional Information
Up to 8 credit hours may be awarded for HFT OCTC Competency Checklist and up to 12
credit hours may be awarded for the HFL AAS and Diploma credentials for experience
and CHFM certification holders. Interested students must apply and fill out the OCTC
Competency Checklist and be approved by the OCTC HFL program.
Current tuition rate is $169 per credit hour
Mandatory Build Smart fee $8 per credit hour
Online Course Fee $20 per credit hour
