Global education is central to NYU Abu Dhabi’s mission. Through four years of interconnected academic and cultural experiences, students gain a deeper understanding of varied cultures and develop a strong sense of social responsibility — ready to make a difference locally and globally.
Undergraduate Global Education
Every NYUAD student can study abroad during their four-year degree. Students may spend up to two semesters of their NYUAD education studying abroad in NYU’s Global Network of academic centers.

Global PhD students begin their coursework in New York (1-2 years) and complete their research in Abu Dhabi.
