JAAGO represents the continuous effort being made by students of Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA) to help children belonging to the lower strata of society to get education so that they could live with dignity.
Many of the students, who are members of the ‘Jaago’ club, have been teaching slum children in their leisure hours after classes and helping them to learn the art of facing life.
The activities undertaken by ‘Jaago’ exemplifies the commitment of the students to the society.
JAAGO also distributes school uniforms among the slum children who come for their personalised tuition and care.
