The Planning Inspectorate has published the March 2026 official statistics

We have today published our
latest official statistics
on appeals performance which represents the greatest volume (in terms of number of cases) of the work of the Planning Inspectorate.
The quarterly statistics also include our current appeals handling times to let customers know the average time it takes to receive a decision.
