Edward Alleyn Clubhouse
Burbage Road is the home to the Edward Alleyn Clubhouse (the Alleyn's alumni community) and community sports clubs (Football, Tennis and Cricket). The Edward Alleyn Clubhouse is located between 83 and 85 Burbage Road, Herne Hill, SE24 9HD. This is within walking distance, or a short drive, from the main school grounds.
The Edward Alleyn Club
The Edward Alleyn Club is available for private hires of various kinds and sizes. This could be the perfect location for children’s birthdays, location shoots, corporate away days and private parties.
Onsite you will find plenty of field space, a function room on the ground floor of the building, as well as, a licenced and fully stocked bar on the first floor furnished with television screens and WiFi. The bar area also enjoys two balconies which overlook the surrounding playing fields.
The Edward Alleyn Club is located nearby our main School site, being only a short walk or drive away from Townley Road. Herne Hill station is also easily accessible from the Club.

The Clubhouse is the perfect location for many events. There are two distinct areas for hire at the Edward Alleyn Club:
Sports facilities
Clubhouse sports facilities include football pitches, tennis courts and cricket nets. The fields can also be hired for rounders or any other activities that are suitable on the grounds.
The Edward Alleyn Club has plenty of field space, available to hire for various sporting activities including football, cricket and rounders. The site also includes courts suitable for both tennis and netball.

Edward Alleyn Club bar
The bar area is located on the first floor of the Edward Alleyn Club and has a capacity of 130 people. The space features a licenced bar, fully stocked with a wide variety of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. The area also enjoys two balconies which overlook the surrounding playing fields.
Additionally, the downstairs of the Club, as well as, changing facilities and toilet facilities, has a function room available for hire.
