In order to help ensure the safety of our athletes, we have implemented a new Concussion Protocol. Each school year all athletes and their families will need to review the
Adult Player Signature Form
which must be signed and returned to the school office or emailed to the
Athletic Director
(you can scan or just take a picture of the form). NOTE: Signatures are required from both athletes
AND
parents.
