Our faculty, administrative staff, and board members serve as the building blocks of our unique educational mission. We search for faculty members who are firmly rooted in the faith and dedicated to furthering the kingdom of God through education. Through our nationally-recognized teacher training program, our faculty and staff are fluent in the classical method and equipped to teach with both academic excellence and profound godly character.
Our teachers are marked by a unique passion for their subjects and how they connect to greater truths about God and His Creation, with the ultimate goal of inspiring this same passion in their students. Above all, our faculty, administration, and the parents who make up our board of directors are committed to building strong faith and Christ-like character in the students of Rockbridge Academy. They serve as role models, mentors, and guides along students’ paths toward academic excellence and spiritual flourishing.
