NA Foundation Scholarship for Excellence in Academics
Excellence in Academics Scholarship Application
This $2,000 scholarship goes to the top senior applicant who demonstrates a desire to continue to pursue academic excellence, a GPA of 3.75 or higher, and an intent to pursue post-secondary education (College, University or Technical School). Using a rubric, the senior applicant with the highest traits of excellence in academics is awarded $2,000 by the Foundation.

Excellence in Arts Scholarship Application
This $2,000 scholarship goes to the top senior applicant who has a desire to continue to pursue excellence in artistic or musical endeavors, a GPA of 3.4 or higher, and an intent to pursue post-secondary education (College, University or Technical School). This is assessed using a rubric and the winner is awarded a $2,000 scholarship.

EXCELLENCE IN LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
This $2,000 scholarship goes to the top senior applicant who has demonstrated a desire to continue to pursue leadership experiences in college, a GPA of 3.75 or higher, and an intent to pursue post-secondary education (College, University or Technical School). This is assessed using a rubric and the winner is awarded a $2,000 scholarship by the Foundation.

EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
The criteria for this $2,000 scholarship are demonstrating a desire to continue to pursue service experiences in college, a GPA of 3.5 or higher, and an intent to pursue post-secondary education (College, University or Technical School). This is assessed using a rubric and the winner is awarded a $2,000 scholarship by the Foundation.
NA Foundation Extra Effort Scholarship
EXTRA EFFORT SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
This $2,000 scholarship provides financial assistance to a graduating North Allegheny senior who has demonstrated improved academic performance or has maintained an adequate level of achievement in spite of personal challenges. The student should be in the top half of the class but not in the top 20%.
This scholarship goes to the top senior applicant who has demonstrated an ability to overcome challenges when pursuing personal goals, a GPA of 2.8 or higher, improved academic performance or maintenance of adequate achievement in spite of personal hardships or challenges, and an intent to pursue post-secondary education (College, University or Technical School). This is assessed using a rubric and the winner is awarded a $2,000 scholarship by the Foundation.
NA Foundation William Rothenbach Scholarship
WILLIAM ROTHENBACH SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
The William Rothenbach Scholarship is offering a $1,000 scholarship to an NA Senior who will graduate from North Allegheny, has a minimum of 3.5 GPA, and will be attending one of the Pennsylvania Higher Education System Universities. Special consideration (although not a requirement) will be given to a student with a declared major in Psychology and/or who will be attending Edinboro University.
NA Foundation Scholarship, David J. Givens Memorial for Excellence in Student Athletics

David J. Givens was a Physical Science teacher at North Allegheny from 1967 to 2002. Over the course of his 35 years teaching and for 20 years afterward, David was a passionate volunteer for North Allegheny Athletics. For 13 years, David served as Athletic Faculty Manager at North Allegheny Intermediate High School. David co-founded the North Allegheny hockey team and served as an Assistant Varsity Coach as well as the 7th/8th grade Coach.
David was a PA announcer for soccer, basketball, wrestling, gymnastics, football and lacrosse, as well as a timer and ticket taker at many events over the wide spectrum of Tiger sports. He was known as "The Voice of NA" due to his tireless advocacy for NA Tiger Athletics and his frequent public address announcing in the school and at sporting events. His longstanding contributions to North Allegheny Athletics were recognized with the 2008 Joseph Drazenovich Award for Legendary Service.
This scholarship honors David J. Givens' legacy of dedication and passion for sports and education by awarding $2,000 to an outstanding student-athlete who embodies the same Tiger spirit. The recipient will be a student who demonstrates excellence both in their chosen sport and in their academic endeavors, showcasing the values David championed throughout his life.
NA Foundation Nathan B. Trapuzzano Memorial Scholarship

A scholarship in memory of Nathan Trapuzzano for students who have studied Latin, Math, and Orchestra.
