Global Teacher Leader Institute
The Global Teacher Leader Institute guides teachers through a discovery of Latin America and content integration across the curriculum, introducing global competencies and helping educators integrate global themes into their daily curriculum.

Teacher Exchange Program
The Teacher Exchange Program facilitates educators in Mexico and the United State sharing knowledge and perspectives on educational systems and teaching pedagogies. As part of the program, two to three K-16 teachers travel to Mexico for approximately ten days, where they are hosted by Mexican teachers and participate in a variety of activities held at different Mexican institutions.

Florida Connected is a conference dedicated to empowering Florida educators with tools to create global citizens in their classrooms. The world is quickly changing and as we move forward in the 21st century it is imperative that our students are prepared to enter into a fast-paced globally integrated society.

IV International Symposium of Languages for Specific Purposes (ISLSP)/CIBER Business Language Conference
The IV International Symposium on Languages for Specific Purposes (ISLSP) was hosted by the Center for Latin American Studies at the University of Florida and the Centers for International Business Education and Research (CIBERs). The purpose of the conference was to share innovations and visions of a future where LSP is a standard and integral component of the curriculum.
