PRESENTS GLOBAL HACKATHON 2026
The Ultimate Tech Challenge
What is the Global Hackathon?
The Technology Council is thrilled to announce the 6th Annual Global Hackathon, to take place on April 11th 2026, at Oberoi International School - OGC Campus, as a full day event open to middle school and high school students all over the world.
Entering its sixth year, the Hackathon has become a prominent event, acknowledging innovation, collaboration, and the potential of young tech enthusiasts to shape the future. With the theme for this year being "Hope", students are encouraged to create impactful solutions that solve real world problems and promote positive change.
Students can either participate in person or online, working individually or in teams to develop, design, and build tech oriented projects, all in one day. From tools that can promote mental health and access to education, to apps that address climate change or social impact, the possibilities are infinite.
The event's objective is not only to challenge students' technical skills but also to foster a culture of innovation with purpose. Throughout the day, participants will have opportunities to engage with mentors, get inspired by leading organisations and projects, and connect with like minded peers who share similar interests.
Along with cash prizes and certificates, the Hackathon provides students with the opportunity to enhance their portfolios, gain practical experience, and connect with a growing network of young innovators in the world of tech.
Whether you are just starting to explore technology or are already motivated to create change, this is your opportunity to transform ideas into impact and engage in something significant.
