Southwestern has Peer Mentor Programs for the on-campus, Online J.D., and SCALE programs. The Peer Mentor Program serves as a resource to support the professional and personal development of incoming first-year students. Peer Mentors assist in building community on campus and foster student development through mentorship and guidance to campus resources. First-year students are matched with their upper-division Peer Mentors at the beginning of the school year.
