Albertus Magnus College Named 2025 US News & World Report Best Online Programs
Both Online Bachelor’s and Master’s Programs Heralded
New Haven, Conn., January 21, 2025
– For the fifth consecutive year,
US News & World Report
ranks
Albertus Magnus College
on its Best Online Programs list. Included this year are Best Online Bachelor’s Programs,
Best Online Bachelor’s in Business — both in the top 75% — as well as Best Online
Master’s in Business Programs, and Best Online MBA Programs.
The rankings of 350 schools cover fully online degree programs, defined by
US News
as those with a vast majority of required coursework that can be completed via distance
education courses. Standards are measured by being commensurate with quality in-person
programs properly adapted to remote learning.

Albertus Magnus College a pioneer in adult education and online degree programs, it
also consistently ranks amongst the best — providing a proven track record in earning
potential and social mobility of our graduates, which is critically important as many
of our students are First Generation and from diverse backgrounds,” said Albertus

Albertus improved its ranking in the category of Best Online Bachelor’s Programs.
Albertus is just one of 218 schools to appear back-to-back in the list of Best Online
Bachelor’s in Business Programs.
The Tagliatela School of Business and Leadership
at Albertus once again appears on this distinguished list in the Best Online Master’s
in Business.
Albertus’ Best Online MBA Programs demonstrates its continued commitment to students
looking to take their careers to the next level.

About Albertus Magnus College
Founded in 1925, Albertus is a coeducational Catholic College in the Dominican tradition.
Albertus' values- and liberal arts-based education is recognized by external rankings
such as US News & World Report, Money, and The New York Times, and has been named
a Top 10 Military Friendly School. For ten consecutive years, at least 95% of Albertus
graduates have attained employment or gone on to graduate studies within six months
of completing their degrees. The College has an enrollment of approximately 1,300
students across its traditional undergraduate, accelerated adult undergraduate, and
graduate program levels. Proud to enroll a student body where nearly half of its undergraduate
students receive Federal Pell Grants and are first-generation college goers, Albertus
is known for its innovative curricular offerings, recently launching new Bachelor's

Among its graduate offerings is the State of Connecticut's only Master of Arts in
Art Therapy and Counseling program, and it is just one of three schools to offer a
Master of Science in Human Services. In 2025-26, Albertus is celebrating its historic
100th Anniversary and completing implementation of the Albertus 2025: Lighting the
Way to a Second Century strategic plan, with a bold vision to "be a destination liberal
arts-based college, distinguished in its interdisciplinary and experiential approach
to education, rooted in Dominican values, that prepares students for lifelong civic
