The opening hours for our
Civic Centre offices
are 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. You can access general advice and signposting in person. We do not offer face to face interviews.
Our phone lines are also open from 10am to 4pm Monday to Fridays. However, on the last Wednesday of every month, only urgent phone lines are open at our main contact centre.
We are closed on bank holidays.
Freighter House, our Waste and Recycling office, is also open from 8:45am to 4:45pm, Monday to Friday. It is located next to Chelmsford Recycling Centre, on Drovers Way, Springfield, Chelmsford, CM2 5PH.
