1991 World Constituent Assembly
was converted into Global Ratification and Elections Network (GREN). The purposes of GREN, with the WCPA serving as organizing agent is to carry forward a global campaign for the
ratification
. The objective of GREN is to obtain the aid, strength and participation of many millions of people in thousands of organisations in most countries of the world to achieve the common purposes and objectives defined in Article 1 of the Constitution as compared with the relatively small membership of WCPA itself.
