Civil Engineering is a professional engineering discipline that deals with design, construction, and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment, including works like roads, bridges, canals, dams, and buildings. The department is supported by well qualified, experienced teaching staff from various streams of Civil Engineering like Structures, Geo technical, Environmental, Transportation, Hydraulics and Irrigation, Engg.

To impart knowledge and excellence in Civil Engineering and Technology with global perspective and to make them ethically strong engineers to build the nation and to achieve standards of quality education with keeping in pace with rapidly changing in technology.
MISSION
To achieve academic excellence in Engineering, Technology, Architecture and science by imparting quality and value based education.
Collaborative partnership with industries and academia within and outside the country in learning and research.
Encouraging innovative research and consultancy through the active participation and involvement of all faculty members.
Expanding curricula to cater broader perspectives.
Creation of service opportunities for upliftment of the society at large.
