Night at the Museum Sleepover
Sleepovers are a great way to spend an educational, fun-filled night with your group. Bring your students, scouts, church group, or family reunion to the Whitehead Memorial Museum for a night they will never forget!
A Night at the Museum Includes:
Mini-Tour of Museum with Native American Trunk Show
Fire Pit
Pancake & Sausage Breakfast - Includes coffee and a variety of juices
Cost
Groups of 10 people or more qualify for A Night at the Museum. (There is only space for 15 small/medium sized tents)
Cost per person is $20.
A 10% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation.
The Museum is an outdoor campus, therefore all sleepovers are held outdoors. You must bring your own tents, sleeping bags, pillows, etc.
Registration
To reserve a date, please call the Museum at 830-774-7568 to check for availability.
The Group Leader must submit the Group Agreement and 10% non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. You will not get a reservation without the Group Agreement and 10% non-refundable deposit.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you upon registration. This email will include an invoice with an exact date when your full payment is due. Failure to make payment on this date will result in a cancellation of your reservation and will forfeit your non-refundable deposit.
Full payment must be made two weeks prior to your reservation date.
Please submit your completed Roster Form one week prior to your reservation date.
Each participant must submit a signed permission and release form upon entry to the Museum.

Sleepover Schedule
Sleepover experiences may vary, but here is an example schedule of what you can expect during a Museum Sleepover
6:00pm - 7:00pm - Check in
6:30pm - 7:00pm - Set up tents
7:00pm - 7:30pm - Mini Tour of Museum
7:30pm - Midnight - Program (you must provide your own programing)
Midnight - Lights out
7:00am - Rise & Shine Breakfast
8:00am - Farewell
