Indoor & Outdoor Facilities
As a student at Bethany College, enjoy access to state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor athletic facilities such as the Thomas Phillips Johnson Health and Recreation Center which includes the Hummel Fieldhouse (performance gymnasium), three court multi-use gymnasium (Sandwen Arena), Knight Natatorium (25-yard pool), two racquetball courts, a free-weight exercise fitness center with cardiovascular equipment, and an indoor jogging track.

Explore the Bethany College Parkinson Forest, which is recognized as part of the Old-Growth Forest Network and includes an Outdoor Classroom, a waterfall, and numerous hiking spots, or enjoy hiking, biking and snowsports nearby.

Room Accommodations
Bethany provides on-campus housing for approximately 800 students. Our residence halls promote an atmosphere of learning, personal growth, and the development of student relationships in an environment that is both safe and secure.

Student Support
The McCann Learning Center provides students with a comfortable space designed to accommodate their particular needs for academic support, including supplemental instruction and tutors, writing assistance, learning technology, and study skills workshops. Additional support services are also available for students with specific learning disabilities.
