Our Immunization Public Health Nurses work closely with local families, medical practices, and community partners to increase immunization rates in Franklin & Grand Isle Counties for infants, children, adolescents, and adults. We offer immunizations at no charge for people who are under 65 years old who are uninsured, without a primary care provider, or a patient of a medical practice that cannot receive vaccines from Vermont Vaccines for Children & Adults program.
