I am glad I decided to pursue my doctorate at Wingate University because I knew that if I continued with the doctoral program after the Master's degree that I would be able to be prepared for any educational leadership position out there. It was a great experience to collaborate with people in the field and with great professors who are from the local community and districts. They provided a lot of great support and insight both in front of and behind the scenes in leadership. The program was both practical and real.
