Virginia's farmers have long been quality stewards of the land. Through the Agricultural Stewardship Program, the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS) works directly with farmers to improve their operations. The Office of Pesticide Services certifies applicators, registers products, and licenses pesticide businesses for the safe and effective control of pests.
