About
The
Philadelphia City Planning Commission
(PCPC) creates and updates the City's Comprehensive Plan. This vision for the future of the city is used to guide decisions made by various City offices. This vision is far-reaching and includes:
Housing.
Employment centers.
Transportation.
Community facilities.
Parks.
Historic properties.
Environmental resources.
Other aspects of the physical environment.
PCPC is in the process of updating the comprehensive plan. Philadelphia2050: Planning Together will update the vision set forth in
the current comprehensive plan
, which was established in 2011.
We welcome residents, City agencies, business owners, cultural institutions, universities, and workers to participate in Philadelphia2050: Planning Together.
