Grievance Cell
at Maharishi Arvind University is established to ensure a
fair, transparent and responsive mechanism
for addressing concerns and complaints of students, faculty and staff. Its primary objective is to provide a structured platform where grievances can be reported, examined and resolved in a timely and impartial manner, thereby promoting a positive and harmonious campus environment.
The Grievance Cell functions as a
trusted channel for voicing concerns
related to academic, administrative, or personal matters. It ensures that every complaint is treated with confidentiality, seriousness and sensitivity. The cell actively encourages students and staff to report issues without hesitation, assuring them of protection against retaliation and a fair review process.
Comprising senior faculty members, administrative officers and student representatives, the Grievance Cell examines complaints thoroughly, identifies solutions and recommends corrective measures to the university authorities. By following a structured grievance redressal procedure, the cell ensures that actions are consistent, accountable and aligned with university policies and regulations.
