Bag Policy
Bags over 12” x 12” x 6” are not permitted inside the Museum. All bags are subject to inspection. We recommend leaving large bags and backpacks at home or in your vehicle.
Strollers are welcome in most areas of the Museum. Please check with Guest Services for any restrictions within certain exhibits.

QUESTIONS
Most guests spend about 1.5 hours exploring the Medal of Honor Museum. Your visit may take more or less time depending on your level of engagement with the exhibits and any personal connection to the stories told. The Dustoff VR experience adds an additional 12–15 minutes.
We have a limited number of standard push wheelchairs available for guests who need mobility assistance. These can be borrowed free of charge at our main entrance Guest Services desk on a first-come, first-served basis.
The entire museum is fully accessible, with designated entrances, ramps, elevators, and restrooms to ensure all guests can enjoy their visit comfortably.
While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance, especially during weekends and holidays, to ensure availability.
Certain holidays or community events may offer free or discounted admission. Check our website for the latest promotions.
Yes, we offer both self-guided and docent-led tours to enhance your experience. Guided tours can be booked in advance or upon arrival and are based on availability.
Photography for personal use is allowed in most areas, though flash, tripods, and selfie sticks may be restricted in certain exhibits. Please inquire at the Guest Services desk.
Yes, the 1861 Café and Museum Shop are open to all visitors, and you are welcome to enjoy a treat and shop without a Museum admission ticket.
