EDUCATIONAL FIELD TRIPS
The Museum offers students an engaging, hands-on experience that enhances civics, character development, and social-emotional learning with interactive exhibits, engaging Museum guides, educational materials, and more.
The NMOHM field trip program will enable all Texas students to attend the museum at a discounted cost. The Texas Youth Field trip program is made possible by the Texas Lottery.

QUESTIONS
Most group visits last about 2 to 3 hours, depending on whether you choose a self-guided or docent-led tour. However, groups are welcome to explore at their own pace.
EXPLORE CAFÉ AND SHOP
Yes - we offer spaces to dine whether that’s a boxed lunch purchased through the Museum or a sacked lunch brought from home (field trips only). Please let us know in advance if you have questions—we’re happy to accommodate!
