AMERICAN VOICES: Lost and Found
An SC250 exhibition in celebration of American musical life and the 250th Anniversary of the American Revolution
What did the early days of America sound like? This exhibition takes you there — to the parlors, concert halls, and open fields where music helped shape a young nation’s identity. Through rare historic instruments from our world-class collection, you’ll experience the songs, sounds, and stories present at the birth of the United States.
