The Hill Country Difference
At Hill Country Christian School of Austin, we prepare our students for college and for life.
We know that selecting a school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make. Hill Country possesses three distinctives that set us apart. Click the links below to learn about our “3 Cs.”.
Classical Education
Classical education is a time-tested approach that aligns instruction and curriculum to a child’s cognitive development and consists of three stages known as the Trivium, which creates a progression of learning from knowledge to understanding to wisdom.

Christ-centered Community
A Christian education speaks primarily to the environment in which it occurs. It is of, by, and for Christians and surrounded by Christian influences. A Christ-centered education at Hill Country Christian School encompasses that and more. We not only wrap what we do in the name of Jesus Christ, but we also strive to place Him at the center of every activity.

Academics, faith, and community…
Hill Country is always moving in a direction of benefitting your child and our school community. You can rest assured that academics, faith, and community are all #1 priorities. You are always welcome and can participate at whatever level you want to or are able to. You can volunteer for as much or little as your heart desires.
Hill Country Parents
Prepared for college…
First and foremost, the Christian foundation that I established while in middle and high school without a doubt made, and makes, my time here [at college] a lot easier. Hill Country prepared me academically, especially in the area of rhetoric and writing. I am confident in my writing and speaking abilities and had a solid background in both areas when entering college.
