Enjoy a spectacular evening in the Museum’s grand Rotunda featuring a vaulted ceiling, beautiful black and white patterned terrazzo floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing downtown Augusta and views of the Savannah River. This venue can host standing receptions for up to 250 guests as well as seated dinners for up to 140 people for dinner and dancing.
The Rotunda is perfect for weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, graduation celebrations, holiday parties, or any other special occasion. For weddings, enjoy a cocktail reception in our allée or surrounding the fountain while the Rotunda is transformed from a ceremony site to a reception space. Add on our Activity Center, which can be used for additional space or a Bridal Suite. Consider including the galleries of the Augusta Museum of History to provide a historic element to your event for a one-of-a-kind experience.
