Our accommodation
Our entire university is situated on one campus. Whichever of our halls of residence you choose as your home, or if you opt for a house in the student village, you’ll be living at the heart of the campus.
It's a great way to make new friends and with no commute, you’ll be able to maximise quality time for studying, socialising and sport.

Applications for accommodation for 2026 entry open from 01 March 2026 for first-year undergraduate and postgraduate students coming to Marjon.  Your application will only be considered once you have received an offer on a course (conditional or unconditional) and have selected this as your Firm choice on UCAS.

Accommodation Policy
Contracts and payment plans
When you are offered accommodation you will receive a contract and payment plan which need to be signed and returned to the Accommodation Team.  Contracts are for 42 weeks from September to July and include the Christmas and Easter vacations.
You pay the University direct for your accommodation in full or in instalments:
14 weeks due September, 14 weeks due January, and 14 weeks due April (in-line with payments of grants and loans from the Student Loan Company)
A parent, guardian or other can pay on your behalf via eight payments, the first due in September then on the 1st of each month from November to May.
Rates include heating, lighting, wifi access and personal contents insurance.
For Returners and Postgraduate students the contract starts on 30th August to 10th July so are for 45 weeks, with the first instalment in September being for 17 weeks.
