Regarding general VMFH feedback, we will contact you within two business days to understand your experience and explain our grievance processes. We assure you that all concerns will be thoroughly investigated. A written response detailing the steps taken to investigate your grievance and the resulting findings will be provided. While we strive to provide a response within 7-14 business days, please allow up to 30 business days for more complex investigations.
You also have a right to file a complaint with the
