How to work with us
If you are interested in becoming a travel trade partner, please
get in touch
If you are looking to book on behalf of a group, including schools and coach tours, you can browse what’s on and make the most of group rates on
our
Groups page
. You can use our online group booking portal to check live availability, build an itinerary and book tickets linked to your own account.
Coach parking facilities
If you are travelling by coach to the museum, there is a coach drop-off and pick-up point on Exhibition Road outside the museum. There are also nearby stopping spaces on Queen’s Gate and Cromwell Road, where coaches can wait for a maximum of 15 minutes to drop off or collect passengers.
We respectfully ask coach drivers to help us avoid pollution and noise by not leaving engines idling when stationary; this may also be subject to a fine by the local council.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide on-site parking for coaches, so once groups have been dropped off, drivers will need to park elsewhere. The nearest coach parks are located at Warwick Road, Bayswater Road and Park Lane.
