Health Insurance Plan
The Regis School of the Sacred Heart provides you and your family with the option of choosing between two medical plans. These plans provide for preventive and medical services, including office visits, well baby care, immunizations, hospitalizations, worldwide emergency care and prescription drug coverage. Employee contribution towards premium will vary depending upon level of coverage. Elected benefits begin on the first of the month following your date of hire.
Dental and Vision Insurance Plan
The Regis School offers employees and their dependents the opportunity to enroll in Dental benefits. Employee only dental insurance is covered at 100%.  Vision insurance is also available for purchase.
Other Benefits
The Regis School provides eligible employees with Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance in an amount equal to 1.5x basic annual earnings, up to $50,000. This benefit is 100% paid by Regis. In addition, Regis provides eligible employees with short term disability (STD) insurance in the event of a disability due to a non-occupational illness or injury. This benefit is 100% paid by Regis.  You also have the option to purchase Long – Term Disability, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Accident Insurance and enroll in FSA plan for medical and dependent expenses. Regis offers a generous paid time off package and paid holidays.
TIAA Annuity Plan
Regis contributes a percentage of the employee's base salary to the retirement plan for all eligible full time employees. Additionally, a voluntary supplemental plan is also available to contribute pre tax dollars. Employees also can take advantage of TIAA personal financial counseling sessions.
Professional Development Program
Regis provides ongoing support for obtaining educational advancement.
