How you can support Krannert Art Museum educators during a virtual tour
Classroom Management
Be present with your class during the entire tour
Identify students who have their hands raised and communicate that to the museum educator
Help monitor the chat
Give the museum educator a cue when students are ready with something
Help students share their thoughts (eg: relaying what they said, holding up their work while they speak)
Materials
(paper, pencils, and other relevant materials identified in advance by the museum educator)
Have materials and supplies ready before the tour begins
Distribute supplies to students when the museum educator is giving instructions about the art-making segment, or before the tour begins
