Come see us! Members of the Notre Dame Prep Admissions team are available every weekday to answer your questions and guide you through the admission process. Parents: we invite you to reach out to us by phone (248-373-1061) or email (

inquiry form
. That’ll help us get to know your child better, and it’ll put you a step ahead when it comes time to apply.
You’ll have lots of opportunities to see yourself at Notre Dame, and we hope you’ll take the opportunity to visit us at any of our 2025-26 admission events.
OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS
Shadow Day
If you’re entering grade 6 or higher, we’d love for you to be
Irish for a Day
! We’ll match you with a great host, and give you the opportunity to experience four academic periods, Community Time, and lunch. If you are a current 7
th
grader looking to start NDP in 9
th
grade, we look forward to welcoming you after March 13. If you’re an applicant to our lower school, you’ll have a Visit Day scheduled for you at the end of the admission process. Register through your checklist on MyNotreDame.
Lucky Day
(open to current 7
th
graders who will enter NDP in 9
th
grade)
If you’re a future Fighting Irish 9
th
grader and you’d like to have an extra-special shadow experience at NDP while you’re in 7
th
grade, you should join us for a
Lucky Day
. On a Lucky Day, you’ll have a special welcome, match with your host, then experience three academic periods, Community Time, and lunch. You’ll also get to compete in a scavenger hunt and be introduced to the best of NDP: Irish Week! Space is limited.

Open Houses
Open House at NDP gives you an opportunity to step onto our campus and see what sets us apart as a Catholic and Marist school. You’ll get to meet our exceptional students, teachers and leaders, explore our top-notch facilities, discover our wide-ranging academic and co-curricular offerings, and much more!

Admissions Previews
Admissions Previews are designed for you to learn more about NDP in an intimate setting. You’ll hear directly from current students and school administrators, have a chance to ask questions, and check out our top-notch facilities. The dates for our 2025-26 Admissions Previews follow. All are scheduled to run from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

School Day Open Houses
School Day Open Houses are similar to Admissions Previews (see above) but offer the added bonus of allowing you* the opportunity to observe classes in action. The dates for our 2025-26 School Day Open Houses follow. All are scheduled to run from 9 to 11 a.m.
*SDOHs are designed for prospective parents. Prospective students are encouraged to schedule a shadow day at NDP rather than attend an SDOH.
